If a valve gets tight you are going to burn it (basically a hole will form) and cause some expensive repairs to remove the cylinder head and install new valve(s). Can’t say I’ve seen a lot of any Honda V6 have this issue but I’ve seen a lot of the inline 4s burn valves.

Figure ~4hrs tops to do this if you’re taking your time. I could probably do it in two hours as I’ve done a couple Honda valve jobs.
