Apr 9, 2015 · I had this for 2 days and also had a urine test come back clear. I was starting to worry and then I woke up the next day and it seemed to vanish. My doctor said its hard to tell the difference between pregnancy pressure and a UTI. I'm still drinking a ton of water but the pressure/pain is gone. Hope you feel better soon.
